I love, love, love
Boyajian oils...I don't use artificial flavorings, so I'm always scouting out good sources for natural flavorings.  Boyajian  makes good oils, which are stronger than extracts, and they're all-natural, so they actually taste like what they're supposed to taste like and not like chemicals. The citrus oils come from the rind of the fruit, and they're a lot more concentrated than extracts.
The citrus oils citrus oils are my favorite and I use a ton of them. I curse a little as I get the bill for them since I buy so much at one time, but they're totally worth it. They're definitely on the pricier side, but you don't need to use as much as you would other flavorings because they're so concentrated. When my clients eat the cakes that are flavored with them they always make comments about how they taste like the real thing.

If you're in the market for infused oilve oil, Boyajian started with olive oils as their original product, and they have an entire line of those, too.

The oils come in 1 oz and 5 oz  bottles, so if you're not sure that you'll use something you could start out with the 1 oz size and see if you like it. You can get them online (I've linked to amazon here) and I've seen some of the flavors at Williams-Sonoma stores.
