Snowflake Wedding Cake

Winter is the time for the snowflake wedding cake...This was one of the ones that I'm making this month.

The snowflakes on this one were gumpaste, chocolate and rice paper. They were made with a combination of molds, piping and paper punches for a three-dimensional look.

Oh that s so soft looking - so very delicate.
Great idea using the three mediums for the snow flakes - the 3 dimensional look worked - very well
