Frogmore Stew Cake

This cake was fun...the entire thing other than some wire in the handles of the pot was edible.

This was four 8" rounds, stacked and covered with a modelling chocolate/fondant mix, then painted silver using the method I wrote about recently.


The shrimp, crawfish, corn, etc were all made from either modelling chocolate or fondant.

Thanks to the Old Bay Seasoning people for letting me use their package...the bride requested that specifically!
