Simple Yet Elegant Wedding Cake

Even though "Simple Yet Elegant" is totally overused, this one does qualify as that. It was plain white fondant with tiny Swiss dots at the top edge of the tiers, and fondant pearls at the base. No pattern on the tiers and no topper. For this one I used IMBC under the fondant so that I could get the icing hard before covering it, because there's not a lot of room for error on this kind of design.
